Hello my lovely friends!

I have been pretty busy lately.

Gonna blog about my lovely 21st birthday celebration[S].

I did not plan a birthday party.

I thought it was pretty common as I have mentioned before.

[but felt a little regretted, it might be even more fun on a second thought]

My dad still spent a bomb on me even without having a party :X

I had several celebrations with my close, closer and closest lovely friends and of course my family!

Thanks to Fiona, Yin yin, Desmond and Hong yi's greeting through phone calling. *Hong yi, I'm so touched la, you actually went out especially to top up your SIM card so that you can call and wish me.

I felt really LOVED by you guys, really.
Celebration[S] were great.
I had lots of fun and surprises.
And of course I love all my birthday presents.
Most of the presents were what I have been eyeing for.

PART 1:
22 Feb 2009

Because my parents would be busy,

therefore b'day celebration was being pushed forward.

Thanks to Mars's recommandation and privileged card,

I decided to have dinner at Amici!

It serves Italian Cuisine!

Outside the restaurant.

I would say that it's a semi fine dinning place.

It's a little more expensive than usual Italian restaurants.
With Mars's privileged card,

we got 2 main course free when we ordered 4 main course.

It's the menu.

Calvin's Lombata D'Agnello Alla Griglia(lamb in rosemary juice)

This small portion here cost $35.90.

I think it's very expensive but it was pretty delicious.

The meat was tender.

This is Pizza Ai Frutti di Mare( Mussels, prawns, squids, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese).

My dad's favourite among the rest of the food.

This is Linguine Di Gamberi Al Sugo Di Pomodoro (Crayfish and assorted seafood with linguine served in spicy tomato basil sauce).

It's not really nice.

This is Fettuccine Alla Russa. (Fettuccine with smoked salmon and caviar served in vodka cream sauce)

Great at first.

But the more you eat,

you get sick of it easily.

This is my food!

Risotto Di MareFresh(seafood cooked with Italian rice and roma tomatoes).

Very nice.

I have always wanted to try Risotto(italian rice),

yeah! fnally!

Ivy said that I look retarded here.

Lynnda is not holding her 21st birthday party.
Like some of friends have advised,(though most are advised by Yin yin)
"It's too troublesome, you'll have to clean up after that."
"It's your birthday, you should do what you'll really enjoy."
"Might as well use the expenses for your birthday bash on oversea trip."
"21st birthday party is way too common"-[Oh well, I agree with this badly.]

Actually my main concern is whether my friends can mix around well at the party.
Because I have many different group of friends.
I hate it when the situation turns awkward.
I would definitely be sad if so.

I want ULTIMATE enjoyment and something MEMORABLE yet DIFFERENT!

Met up with Jocelyn for dinner like after so long.

We had Fish & Co along with nice chat and update of our life.
I had my favourite New York Fish and chips(filled with cheese) while Joce had Spicy crayfish with spaghetti.
She can't finish it as it was too spicy.
It was so sweet of her to get me an advanced birthday present.

These few days,
I felt extraordinary good.
Because,

15 Feb- 1. I received present from Auntie Karen and Cousin Stacey.

2. A red packet from my third auntie.

16 Feb- Received present from my usuals. Something which I've been eyeing for.

17 Feb- Received present from Jocelyn.

18 Feb- A jar of Famous Amos alike cookies from Mars. I have finished the whole jar :X

Just back home.
Family gathering at Auntie Karen's house.

Verine is so CCUUTTEEE and yet she's mischievous.

She was running around,

luckily we did not go to the playground.

If not,

we would have a hard time taking care of her.

We drank a bottle of wine that Cousin Stacey bought over.

And of course,

with all the vain ladies around,

it's hard to avoid cam-whoring.

"I'm Verine. I like to run here and there."

"Oh, and I like to touch this and that too! :D"

Happy Valentine's Day to all !!!

I had a very memorable V'day with my dearest friends.

Perry's mum surprised us with her appearance,

and she gave each lady a small bag of heart-shaped cookies.
Perry's mum joined us for dinner too.

I bought Ivy along too since she got no date :X

Perry welcome the ladies with a rose(soap flower).
My first time receiving flower.

We had our dinner at Brewerkz.

Luckily we made reservation,

the place was packed.

Brewerkz gave ladies flower too.

The place served pretty nice food.

We drank beer with pizzas.

We tried different types of beer.
Not bad!

But I still find Hoegarden the best!

I would like to visit Brewerkz again to try out other dishes.

After dinner,

we decided to check out the new club that have replaced MOS recently.

ZIRCA!

Oh man,

I guess all of us wasted $25.
Though we were given 2 free drinks but the place was not fun at all.

The music was TRANCE lei.

Gosh!

I only know how to dance with R&B music.

It was kind of bored.

There were performance by HOT & SEXY ladies.

And some hunks too.

Other than that,

nothing much.

The club was not even half-filled.

Hope it can survive.

Yin's friend, Daniel asked if we want to join him and his friend at Yello Jello,

and of course we did.

Tell you,

Retro songs are MUCH nicer than TRANCE music can.

Met Daniel's friend, Jessi.

We played drinking game.

This time round,

we were drinking beer.

Seems like the whole night,

we were drinking a lot of beer.

Then we all felt hungry.

Perry, Tom, Yin and I went Thomson for prata.

For 3 consecutive weeks,

I have been clubbing.

It's shiok but it's time to take a break now till then.

On the right is the soap flower that we ladies received from Perry.

Vivo city was so quiet on a weekend.

Shopping companion was none other than my own sister, Ivy.

If you ask me what's so good about Ivy.

I would say that she's good at cam-whoring of HERSELF.

Judging from the pics you can see how vain she can get.

Oh man!

So sisterly...

It seems like my head is floating.

And it gets all too windy...

We were cam-whoring on the roof top of Vivo city.

Funny expression eh?

Just to make you laugh...

We had these sweet french desserts

They are called Macaron.

Ivy and Lynnda simply love it!

I especially like the one in orange colour.

Coffee favoured one is not bad too.

Try it!

Bakerzin is selling it cheap for now.

I have center parting for now.

It's the trend now.

Ivy took this pic secretly without me getting ready.

Then it was followed by her monstrous-like laughter.

I was really irritated by her.

I really have no idea why my blog was spammed and being removed temporary.

now that it's back,

07 FEB 2009

Visited Jessica's place to Bai nian with Yin yin and Hong yi.

Her house was filled with 90 over guests.

Atmosphere: Lively

Food: Great

MC(her mum): Fantastic

Just like last year,

there were lucky draw too.

1st prize: $300

2nd prize: $200

3rd prize: $100

10 sets of $20 Hong bao

10 sets of $10 Hong bao.

and

10 sets of mystery prize.

My number was chosen and I got a mystery prize.

Not lucky enough though.

HAHA!

I love to visit her place as she lives on the 23rd floor.

I can oversee the beautiful landscapes from her window.

Can even see Singapore Flyer!!!

After that,

we head down to Double O.

Jessica's friends was late and she have to clean up her house

therefore she can't go clubbing with us.

Next time, ok?

It was RETRO NIGHT on SATURDAY!

You can see lots of different hand signs here and there.

Funny!

And they started drinking to get HIGH!

Yin yin and Jia qi tried the Waterfall.

It was prepared by a cute bartender.

Ryan only took the ladies drinking,

never managed to take how the flame was being poured into the martini glass.

Total coolnesssssss!
